Are you looking to improve flexibility, strength and enjoy moving?

I love being in nature and the freedom of movement and most of all combining the two whether that is swimming, paddle board (yoga as well as plain paddle boarding!), walking or best of all yoga outdoors - it is the best of two worlds!  

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and am currently working towards my British Wheel of Yoga 300hr Teacher Training Certificate.
